Delivery lead with 10+ years in global agencies. Now I manage AI teams too.
I've run complex digital programs for brands like Toyota, Starbucks, Coca-Cola, and AkzoNobel. Today I combine that agency experience with AI agent teams to deliver faster without compromising quality.

What I do
I sit between traditional project delivery and a new way of working. Whether you need a delivery lead embedded in your agency or client team, or someone who can also manage AI agent teams to streamline output — I bring both.
Program & Project Delivery
End-to-end management of complex, multi-market digital programs. Agile delivery, stakeholder alignment, governance, and budget oversight.
Digital Transformation
Digital products and platforms managed across the full lifecycle — from discovery and strategy through design, build, QA, and launch. I take projects from a blank brief to live product at global scale.
Agent Teams
I direct teams of AI agents the same way I'd manage a human team — briefing, reviewing, iterating. Using latest tools and models for the highest quality output.
Creative, Brand and Campaign
Campaign strategy, rebrand programs, content production, and growth planning. I lead brand transformations and creative campaigns alongside the technical delivery.

Selected work
Ten years of agency work means I've touched most things. Here are some highlights.
Coca-Cola — Foodmarks 3.0
A global activation taken from strategy to live product — currently running in two markets. I owned the full program lifecycle: campaign strategy, web app design, development, and coordinated local market launches. The kind of project where everything has to connect.
Starbucks — global digital program
A €5M+ transformation across 20+ markets. The centrepiece was migrating Starbucks' native app and website into a single PWA — a complex replatforming that touched every team. I ran PI planning, coordinated the rollout, and kept it all moving in the same direction.
AkzoNobel — global website rollout
250+ localised websites launched as part of a global platform migration. I managed go-to-market planning, localisation workflows, QA, release management, and ran training sessions across every market. Scale and consistency were the challenge — and the achievement.
FACEIT — rebrand & product launch
A full brand modernisation — new identity, digital toolkit, and guidelines — followed by a major product launch campaign. I led creative strategy, concept development, and produced a pre-production treatment for a 40-minute film. Brand and campaign working as one.
Toyota & Lexus Europe
A €2M+ program with three parallel workstreams: a European-wide marketing content strategy for Toyota, 3D virtual content production for Lexus brand campaigns, and a website experience redesign. Governance, alignment, and three very different teams delivering as one.
Atradius — digital ecosystem
A 30+ market redesign covering user research, benchmarking, experience design, accessibility, technical SEO, and handover to a development partner. Every market, one cohesive experience.
Olympics Games — Tokyo 2020
Live operational support for the official Olympic Broadcasting Streaming platform during the Games. Real-time fixes, coordinated updates, millions of viewers, zero margin for error. A very different kind of delivery — but one that sharpens everything else.
Own projects
Here are some things I'm building right now, from first idea through to market — all built leveraging AI systems and agents.
Opener
Co-founded · Launching 2026A music discovery web app, co-founded and built from the ground up. I managed the product lifecycle using Agent teams for product brief, business strategy, brand identity, creative direction, copywriting and development. A complete product, built by agents from brief to launch.
ResourceAI
SaaS · Currently in testingA resource management platform built for agencies. It gives teams a clear view of resourcing by project and person — with smart indicators for utilisation and overbooking. At its core is a trained LLM that handles the work a human resource manager would typically do: balancing capacity, flagging conflicts, and recommending allocation. Built end-to-end using agent teams.
About
I've spent the last decade inside global agencies delivering large-scale digital programs for brands that demand the very best. Programs worth millions, spanning dozens of markets, involving teams across product, creative, tech, and operations. More recently, I've been applying that same discipline to a new way of working: managing teams of AI agents to build full products from strategy through to launch.
Originally from the UK, I've lived and worked in Nice, Amsterdam, and now Melbourne — which means I'm used to adapting, working across cultures, and finding good coffee in new cities. Outside of work you'll find me on a padel court, walking along a beach, or planning the next trip somewhere I haven't been. I care deeply about the responsible and ethical use of AI, and I'm a strong advocate for better regulation and thoughtful legislation as this technology reshapes the world we live in.
